In a statement obtained by X3F, a Microsoft spokesperson said:
“We are constantly updating the console’s more than 1700 internal components. We can confirm that we are moving to internal memory for the Xbox 360 Arcade. The physical internal memory is the same size as the previous external memory units — 256MB.”

Banjo-Kazooie has been pushed back in order to extend the period of exclusivity, granted to those who preordered vehicular adventure Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts and failed to receive their bonus XBLA download codes.
Microsoft has stated that for anyone who hasn’t received their codes to contact the retailer they preordered from while they investigate the issues.

The exclusive 360 DLC will be available Feb. 17 via download exclusively for those who own the Xbox 360 version (no price yet), stars Johnny Klebitz, a member of Liberty City biker gang The Lost.
“Johnny is a very different character than Niko, with a very different background,” says Dan Houser, vice president of creative development [...]

Slated for release on Nov. 26 on XBL and Nov. 27 on PSN. I can’t find anything about a price but I think a safe bet would be $9.99, no idea what that is in MS points.

This was announced at the TGS 2008 Microsoft Keynote. Looks like Xbox Live Arcade will continue to go strong through 2009.

According to the Xbox Live Dashboard, the new Xbox Live experience will be available in November. No official word from MS but word kind of is from MS, right? I was hoping that we’d be able to get our hands on this sooner.

A lot of people love Peggle. I personally haven’t tried it out on the PC but I might once it hits XBLA. One of the main reasons why its been held back according to PopCap’s Greg Canessa is, “4-player local and online multiplayer over Xbox Live.”

Capcom has release the dates for which the latest Mega Man will be released. If you have a Wii you’ll get first grab at the game on September 22nd, with the PlayStation Network version following on September 25th (for $9.99). Xbox Live Arcade will have to make do with October 1st.
